Candidate Profile:
• 4+ years of experience working as a Usability Specialist or UX designing.
• Bachelor degree is required; advanced degree is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage/prioritize multiple priorities.
Technical:• Bachelor degree is required; advanced degree is preferred.

Must have professional work experience with the following,
User-centered design techniques including: Card sorting, Task analysis contextual inquiries, Formal usability testing, Heuristic evaluation, Paper prototyping, Comparative testing, Focus groups, Design sessions, Facilitation, Conceptual design and surveys, Mobile usability.
Specialized training or experience in:User-centered design techniques including: Card sorting, Task analysis contextual inquiries, Formal usability testing, Heuristic evaluation, Paper prototyping, Comparative testing, Focus groups, Design sessions, Facilitation, Conceptual design and surveys, Mobile usability.
Human factors, Usability,
Information Interface design, Task analysis contextual inquiries,
Wireframes and prototypes of various fidelities, Exposure with the below
technologies will be considered a plus, Web analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate and sell ideas around design and usability.
• Ensure that usability is incorporated into the development of a wide range of systems and mobile devices.
• Assist with defining and implementing mobile interface design guidelines and a mobile usability process methodology.
• Analyze and present usability results to a wide range of audiences.
• Make design recommendations based on collected data and expertise. Select and conduct appropriate user-centered design techniques following an iterative development process.
• Ensure that usability is incorporated into the development of a wide range of systems and mobile devices.
• Assist with defining and implementing mobile interface design guidelines and a mobile usability process methodology.
• Analyze and present usability results to a wide range of audiences.
• Make design recommendations based on collected data and expertise. Select and conduct appropriate user-centered design techniques following an iterative development process.
